      The function to collect Facebook friends from closed friend lists has currently been deactivated by Facebook. However, possible contacts can still be saved from reactions and comments.
    
Collecting of locations and geo-coordinates


Depending on the network, the function of collecting locations has been added to the data collection modules. This way, locations or geo-coordinates with which a post was tagged can be automatically added to the SNH case. The places of residence of target profiles can also be saved this way. Analytics Maps


The new analysis module "Analytics Maps" offers a display and filter option for locations using a base map from Open Streetmap. A timeline enables a precise overview of the date-dependent locations of your target profile.

Locations can be visualized as classic markers or as a heat map. Heatmaps can help to get a deeper understanding of the patterns and trends in the data represented in a map. Using heat maps, users can easily see areas experiencing high or low activity.

The analysis module comes with several export functions to further use the analyses in other tools or add them to a paper or digital file. The map visualization can be exported as an image or high-resolution PDF file. Locations are available in Excel spreadsheet format or KML (Keyhole Markup Language). 


Integration of TikTok in the SNH




The integration of TikTok as an integrated core module allows you to collect information about people and events in the social network TikTok. The existing TikTok script module has been improved and expanded in many areas.
 
With the release, it will also be possible to collect the followers and followings of TikTok profiles. This will make it possible to carry out social network analyses.
